The award - which was based on customer satisfaction, variety of clients, complexity of projects and the impact we have made for our customers - cements Deloitte Digital’s reputation as true innovators in Salesforce and shows how we are leading the way for our customers and our technology partners.
The past year has seen the team make a concerted effort to root our Salesforce solutions in the needs and future needs of our clients. “Our Salesforce strategy is rooted in the reality of the world we live in now,” says Raymond Yong, Deloitte Digital partner. “We’re there as a trusted adviser to organisations trying to get through the COVID-19 pandemic, while also helping clients build for the future.”
Our Salesforce expertise spans a broad range of industries. This year, we have been particularly active in helping clients across a number of sectors use Salesforce to aid them in their COVID-19 response, showing how our ability to innovate is helping us make a positive impact in a time when our clients (and our country) have needed us most.
